Common questions
What counts as a query?
Each DNS lookup resolved by our nameservers counts as one query. Cached responses at the resolver level don't count.
Is DNSSEC included?
DNSSEC signing is included from the Pro plan and above at no extra cost. We support ECDSA P-256 and RSA-2048 key algorithms.
Can I use my own nameservers?
Custom (vanity) NS delegation is available on Business and Enterprise plans. We also support secondary DNS setups where you keep your primary.
How does the free trial work?
Pro and Business plans come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You'll only be billed after the trial ends if you choose to continue.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you're unsatisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.
